erkaSt returns to CS:GO from Valorant and signs with NTK

Mongolian esports athlete Erdenetsogt "erkaSt" Gantulga, who is the most famous representative of his country in the professional CS:GO scene, has returned after nine months of playing in Valorant. The player will continue his career with NKT, who announced the signing of the newcomer via their social media.

In the NKT roster, erkaSt replaced longtime captain Anthony "ImpressioN" Lim, who the club parted ways with earlier this week.

erkaSt already played for NKT in 2021, but after six months with the team, he moved to Valorant. He attributed this decision to the problems in the Asian CS:GO scene amid the coronavirus pandemic.

In Valorant, Gantulga represented Cloud9 Academy, where he did not achieve any success. A month ago, the North American organization parted with the 27-year-old Mongolian player.

erkaSt will play his first match after returning to NKT today, July 19. The Asian roster will kick off its campaign at Perfect World Arena Premier League Season 2.
