AdreN joins AVANGAR's Supervisory Board

Kazakhstani esports athlete Dauren "AdreN" Kystaubaev has been announced as a new Board Member of AVANGAR, according to the press release published on the organization's social media.

In the managing position, AdreN will be engaged in developing the club's future business units and mentoring the CS:GO team. AVANGAR CEO, Yongun Kim, believes that together with the new member of the Supervisory Board, the organization will be able to revive their old projects, as well as launch the new ones in order to promote the development of esports in Kazakhstan.

Kystaubaev takes over the new role ten months after leaving K23, where he played from January to October 2021. Earlier, he was also part of the AVANGAR CS:GO roster and in 2019 helped the team reach the final of StarLadder Major Berlin 2019, as well as win BLAST Pro Series Moscow 2019.

Now AVANGAR are represented in the professional CS:GO scene by a team led by captain Vladislav "FinigaN" Usov, who plays alongside little-known players from Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

The current AVANGAR roster was formed at the end of last year. Since then, the team has made several roster changes but has not managed to achieve any success at the international level.
