Complexity General Manager: "We have full confidence in this roster"

In a press conference ahead of IEM Cologne 2022, General Manager of Complexity's CS:GO division Graham Pitt expressed support for the current roster despite insufficient results. Speaking with a CSGO.com journalist, the head ruled out possible roster changes in the near future.

According to Pitt, signing the team in early 2022, the North American organization realized that it would take time to see results.

It is clear that the results are far from what we want to see. The players and managers understand this and hope for better performances. When Complexity signed this team, we realized that it would not be easy. The North American CS:GO scene is a very difficult place. We need to understand that we are facing challenges that the teams outside of our region are not familiar with. Such difficulties were to be expected and our club understood that developing the roster would take time. For most of our players, this is the first year of playing at the tier 1 level, except for Grim, who was in Liquid last year. There is a learning process going on. We have full confidence in this roster.

Since building a new lineup with the former Extra Salt roster as a core at the beginning of this year, the North American team has not managed to achieve any significant results at big tournaments.

The next match for Complexity will take place tomorrow, July 5, at 12:00 MSK. The opponents of Johnny "JT" Theodosiou and company in the Play-In stage of IEM Cologne 2022 will be Team Spirit.
