NAVI promote ami and begin search for new academy coach

NAVI have announced their search for a head coach for their academy team, as Amiran "ami" Rehviashvili has been appointed as Head of Esports, according to the organization's official website.

ami has worked in the NAVI academy since its inception in 2019. Despite the lack of any significant results, during the time under his reign, such once-unknown players as Valeriy "b1t" Vakhovskiy and Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov have grown to tier 1.

In the press release, the Ukrainian organization expressed hope that Rehviashvili will transfer his successful experience to other squads that the organization has in its structure.

Announcing the search for a new coach for the academy team, NAVI outlined only two minimum requirements for the candidate: experience in performing on the professional scene and skills in creating a training methodology.

Together with ami, the club also promoted CS:GO manager Yaroslav "N1ghtEnd" Klochko, who became Head of Teams Management. In this role, his duties will include overseeing the organization of bootcamps, trips and the interaction of teams with various NAVI departments.
