"One roster change away from a solid lineup". Maniac suggests that BIG kick tiziaN

Broadcast analyst Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez believes that Tizian "tiziaN" Feldbusch needs to be replaced if BIG are to succeed in the future. He wrote about this on Twitter, attaching a screenshot to the message, reflecting the poor statistics of the German player.

I know, you don't kick a man while he's down. I know, numbers don't tell the full story. I know, being a great teammate matters. Still, I cannot help but think BIG is now one roster change away from a solid all-around lineup.

BIG Chief Gaming Officer Christian Lenz responded to Maniac's tweet saying that the analyst is wrong, since not only frags are important for the success of the team but also "communication, understanding and the will to do stuff that costs you a better rating". The manager recalled that earlier BIG had an individually strong roster, yet it failed to show high results.

In response to the BIG representative, Quiquerez wrote that any team should have a "minimum threshold of individual level". He went on to compare tiziaN to players of similar roles, namely Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy, Timofey "interz" Yakushin, Håvard "rain" Nygaard, Pavle "Maden" Bošković and Rasmus "sjuush" Beck.

The discussion of tiziaN’s prospects in BIG comes amid the Germans being eliminated from IEM Dallas 2022. As part of the LAN tournament, the team reached the semifinals, where they lost to Cloud9.
