ropz to miss first matches at IEM Katowice 2022 due to COVID-19

FaZe will start at IEM Katowice 2022 without Robin "ropz" Kool. The Estonian player announced that he got sick with the coronavirus and will be under quarantine until at least February 19.

According to Kool, depending on his own health conditions and the result of the team's opening matches at the tournament, he will be able to join the squad after the end of self-isolation.

At the moment, FaZe have not announced the temporary replacement of ropz in the upcoming tournament.

Sprout, the match with whom will take place on February 15, will be the first opponent of the European team in the Play-In stage of IEM Katowice 2022. The starting stage of the tournament will last two days, after which eight of the sixteen participants of the Play-In will advance to the group stage.
