VINI released from FURIA

Brazilian player Vinicius "VINI" Figueiredo has left FURIA and entered free agency. The club announced the departure of the 22-year-old esports athlete on Twitter.

Figueiredo has been inactive since November 2021, when he was put on the bench. Subsequently, he was replaced by AWPer Rafael "saffee" Costa, whom FURIA acquired from TeamOne.

VINI has represented FURIA since the creation of the club's CS:GO division in 2017. During this time, the team has not won a single big international tournament, but many times made it into the top 4 at tier-1 events.

According to previously published insides, Figueiredo will continue his career with the new team of Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo. Currently, he is already practicing with the Brazilian roster at the bootcamp.

In addition to VINI and FalleN, the team will feature Fernando "fer" Alvarenga, Lincoln "fnx" Lau and Ricardo "boltz" Prass. At the moment, there is no information about which organization will the newly formed team represent. Earlier it was reported that Imperial was interested in signing the roster.
