forZe to take part in closed qualifier for ESL Challenger Anaheim 2022
forZe have become one of the four teams to receive direct invites to the closed European qualifier for ESL Challenger Anaheim 2022, the organizers of the LAN event announced on Twitter.
Together with the Russian team, the closed qualifiers will also feature the direct invitees ECSTATIC, SINNERS and Fiend, as well as Sprout, Eternal Fire, DBL PONEY and Savage, who have made it through from the open qualifiers. Eight participants will compete for one slot in the championship.
As for the other regions, paiN, Extra Salt, TeamOne and Bad News Bears will take part in the North American closed qualifiers; ORDER, Vertex and LookingForOrg, Paradox in Oceania; 9z, Isurus, Los Granges and Leviatan in South America.
ESL Challenger Anaheim 2022 will be held in the American city of Anaheim from February 11 to 13 next year. In addition to the four winners of the qualifiers, the four direct invitees will also participate in the event. The prize pool of the LAN tournament is $100,000 with the champions securing a place in EPL S16 Conference.
