s1mple awarded PGL Major Stockholm 2021 MVP

HLTV.org has named Alexandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, a player of NAVI, the best player of PGL Major Stockholm 2021. The team of the Ukrainian AWPer became the champion of the prestigious tournament, where they defeated G2 in the grand final.

Over the six matches s1mple played at the Major, his average rating was 1.47. At the same time, in none of the meetings did the rating go below 1.17.

Following the Major in Stockholm, the MVP medal became the sixth one for Kostyliev in this season. Previously, the 23-year-old esports athlete was awarded the most valuable player of such events as BLAST Premier Global Final 2020, DreamHack Masters Spring 2021, StarLadder CIS RMR 2021, IEM Cologne 2021 and ESL Pro League Season 14.

PGL Major Stockholm 2021 was held in the capital of Sweden from October 26 to November 7. In addition to the title, NAVI took home a cheque for $1 million.
