OverDrive: Cloud9 and Complexity were interested in working with groove

Cloud9 and Complexity have been showing interest in working with a sporting director of Gambit Konstantin "groove" Pikiner. This is what the insider Alexey "OverDrive" Birukov wrote on his Twitter account.

Pikiner’s reaction to interest from North American clubs remains unknown. According to the source, the Russian specialist is likely to stay in Gambit till the end of PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

Also, OverDrive suggested that interest in groove means a soon comeback of Cloud9 to the professional CS:GO scene. The multi-gaming disbanded the roster in March this year, linking the decision to the difficulties that emerged from the coronavirus pandemic. The club intended to get back to the competitive scene with a team based in North America and able to travel the world.

It should be added that groove is one of the Gambit founders. Since the organization was created, he has been a sporting director, and from September 2020 to August 2021, he coached the CS:GO roster simultaneously.
