Imperial won DreamHack Open March 2021 South America
The Brazilian team Imperial became the champion of the South American part of the DreamHack Open March 2021. Caio "zqkS" Fonseca's team took over Sharks 3-1 in the Grand Final of the regional championship, held in a best-of-5 format with one map advantage for the upper bracket finalist, with a score of 16-9 on Mirage, 12-16 on Train, and 16-7 on Dust2.
The four-team tournament was held without a group stage - the participants immediately began playoffs in Double Elimination format. Imperial advanced to the Grand Final after victories over Havan Liberty and Sharks.
