woxic dismissed from Cloud9

Cloud9 terminated the contract with sniper Ozgur "woxic" Eker by mutual agreement. The American organization announced it on social networks.

Team General Manager Henry "HenryG" Greer explained the decision to end the cooperation with woxic due to the unsatisfactory individual results of the player. In a statement, he noted that due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Turk was forced to play from home with a high and unstable ping.

Cloud9 signed woxic last September 19. According to official information, the three-year contract with the former mousesports sniper cost the organization $1.365 million.

According to Rush B Media, which revealed changes to the Cloud9 roster back in early January, American Eric "Xeppaa" Bach will be the team's new player. Interest in the former Chaos player also confirmed other reputable insiders.
