krimz ban could be caused by Esportal software
VAC ban of fnatic player Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson's steam account may be associated with the matchmaking service Esportal, where Scandinavian athletes often play. After a sudden VAC ban, the Swede reported the same problem of many platform users.
It is assumed that the VAC has recognized Esportal's anti-cheat as forbidden software. Service representatives asked Valve for clarification of the situation and assured in their Twitter that they have solved the problem with locks, but are waiting for a response from the developers of the game.
We are aware of the situation regarding VAC bans. We have reached out to @CSGO for more information surrounding this. We see no reason to be worried, our developers are waiting for contact from Valve and it will probably be solved soon.
