Heroic released LOMME

Heroic has announced the end of  cooperation with Frederick "LOMME" Nielsen, who has served as CS:GO coach since August 2019. The published statement does not highlight the reasons behind this decision or who will take the vacant seat.

It’s with a tear in our eye we say farewell to our coach Frederik.

Frederik has brought in a lot of structure and new skills to the Heroic roster and we could not be more grateful for the work he has put in together with the team.

We wish him all the best and good luck in his future endeavours!

In early April Heroic benched Patrick "es3tag" Hansen, who had already signed a contract with Astralis, and Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer. According to insider Jarek "DeKay" Lewis the Danish organization considers Nikolai "niko" Christensen and Rene "TeSeS" Madsen as replacements. The latter was later officially introduced to the team.

Under the leadership of former coach Heroic won the DreamHack Open Atlanta 2019 and became vice-champion of DreamHack Open Rotterdam 2019. At the qualification for Europe Minor - Rio 2020 the team stopped only 9-12th place, losing the slot match to  Copenhagen Flames.

The current roster of Heroic:

Martin "stavn" Lund
Johannes "b0RUP" Borup
Casper "cadiaN" Moeller
Rene "TeSeS" Madsen

Patrick "es3tag" Hansen (reserve)
Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer (reserve)
