EPL S11 Europe. forZe beat Complexity; Na`Vi & fnatic beaten

Group B start of the European division ESL Pro League S11 ended with a defeat for the three favorites in the face of Complexity, Natus Vincere and fnatic. The first victories were recorded forZe, North and BIG.

The play day opened with a rivalry forZe against Complexity. Opponents exchanged maps with the same score 16:9 and were forced to determine the strongest on the decisive Mirage. The Russian team started the game in defense, during which they achieved an advantage in seven rounds, but ended up with 10:5 on the scoreboard. After the change of sides, Complexity continued to restore the parity and brought the match to overtime, where they lost to forZe already in the first series - 19:17.

Group B faced Natus Vincere and North in the central confrontation of the first round. The Danes cautiously chose Nuke, which is one of the worst in the arsenal of the best team in the world, and showed a confident game both for attack and for defense - 16:10. Then the rivals moved on to the victorious for the champions IEM Katowice 2020 Dust2. Despite the recent success of the "born to win" on this card, North failed to beat the well-prepared - also 16:10 in the second game of BO3-match.

In the third pair of group B fnatic and BIG came together. The teams continued the magic of numbers of the game day and gained victories on their cards with the equal result 16:7. Mirage was chosen for the deciding game. The start was dictation by the Swedish grand, who had secured a double advantage by the 19th round. However, Johannes "tabseN" Vodarz's team managed to take control of the game and realize a series of ten unrequited rounds - 16:12 in favor of BIG.
