Flashpoint S1 moves online due to coranvirus threat
The organizers of Flashpoint 1, which takes place March 13 in Los Angeles, announced the decision to move all matches online due to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. According to a pre-approved calendar, the games are due to resume on March 18, but more details will be published soon.

Most likely Flashpoint organizers were guided by the recommendations of the U.S. Center for Disease Control, which proposed to cancel or reschedule all events of more than 50 people, in making this decision. Earlier, the mayor of Los Angeles announced an emergency situation in the city, and also decided to close all public institutions as part of the fight against the spread of infection.
Recall that on March 13, the tournament operator ESL also canceled the LAN event in Malta and the final of season 11 in the American Denver.
