VP CEO about the teams' plans

Virtus.pro CEO Sergey Glamazda revealed the plans of the organization regarding CS:GO: to overcome the crisis and improve its results. After repurchasing the squad from AVANGAR in December 2019, the bears took the last place at EPICENTER, DreamHack Open Leipzig and IEM Katowice, as well as 5th-6th place at ICE Challenge.

According to Glamazda, the team has already changed its captain and will soon start working with a sports psychologist.

"Due to the fact that the situation is difficult, we decided to simplify it. Prior to the major, we do not make any changes in the team, so there would be no unnecessary reflexions now. At the moment AdreN is taking over the captain's duties, Jame and others are focusing on individual play. At the same time, we are adding history with reaction training. This will help us to understand how best to build an individual plan. I also met with team psychologists who are supposed to help bring the team together, get rid of nerves at critical moments"

Virtus.pro are currently 19th in HLTV.org ranking.

The next Virtus.pro match will take place on March 30 against FaZe as part of the ESL Pro League S11. In the group stage they will also play against mousesports, G2, OG and TYLOO.
