coldzera takes the 21 spot in the best players' list of 2019

Executive director of the portal HLTV.org Petar Milovanovic has published tweeted a list of players closest to hitting the top 20 best players for 2019. Brazilian star Marcelo "coldzera" David, who was awarded first in the category for 2016 and 2017, took 21st place.
