Plopski Replaces Dennis on Ninjas in Pyjamas; GeT_RiGhT Likely Replaced After Major

Ninjas in Pyjamas announced changes Wednesday to its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team, benching Dennis "Dennis" Edman for Nicolas "Plopski" Gonzalez Zamora.

"Please give a warm welcome to Nicolas “Plopski” Gonzalez Zamora. At 17 years of age, this youngster is a rising star in the Swedish CS:GO scene. Nicolas has been on our radar for a while now, and we have been very impressed by what we have seen so far. We are confident he has the potential to become one of the best players Counter-Strike has to offer," Ninjas in Pyjamas said in its announcement.

NiP also stated Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund will remain with the team until after the StarLadder Berlin Major. The Swedish organization will look for a long-term replacement for GeT_RiGhT as it hopes to then transfer the player to a different role in the organization.

Plopski recently placed second at DreamHack Summer with Team Ancient falling to OpTic Gaming in the final.
