Natus Vincere Signs Boombl4 to CS:GO Roster

Natus Vincere is reportedly close to acquiring Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov as a replacement for Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev, according to a report Tuesday from HLTV.

Boombl4 has played for Winstrike since the organization's inception in June 2018 and before that was part of the core roster of Quantam Bellator Fire that was rebranded as Winstrike. He has played in three Majors, most notably the ELEAGUE Boston Major in January 2018, in which QBF made an underdog run to the quarterfinals.

Na'Vi, meanwhile, has struggled in its recent Counter-Strike: Global Offensive events. The team failed to reach the playoffs of the ESL Pro League Season 9 and finished fourth in the two most recent Blast Pro Series events. Before that, Na'Vi won StarSeries Season 7 and reached the semifinals of the IEM Katowice Major in March.

Talks between Na'Vi and Winstrike are at an advanced stage and a deal is likely in the next few days, according to the report.

UPDATE (10:10 a.m. ET Wednesday): Natus Vincere has signed Boombl4, and Edward will join Winstrike on loan, Winstrike announced.
