Team Vitality announced its all-French team Monday, confirming an earlier report by DeKay that revealed formerly benched G2 Esports players Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt and Dan "apEX" Madesclaire would be playing together on a new team. A follow-up report by VPEsports then revealed the other names believed to be a part of Team Vitality's rumored team. ApEX and NBK were later released from G2 Esports before their move to Vitality was announced.
In addition to NBK- and apEX, Team Vitality's CS:GO team will include Vincent "Happy" Cervoni, Cedric "RpK" Guipouy and Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut. Happy and RpK were formerly players for Team EnVyUs. The CS:GO team will be led by Philippe "faculty" Rodier as its coach. Faculty was formerly a Counter-Strike 1.6 player.
This is Team Vitality's first official step into CS:GO esports.
