Starseries i-League Season 4 First Round Drawn

The opening round of the Swiss stage for StarLadder's upcoming event is now set.

With StarSeries i-League Season 4 set to take place in a week, the organizer have now drawn the opening match-ups for the $300,000 event, which is set to feature a best-of-three Swiss group stage.

For the purposes of the draw, StarLadder split the participating teams into four separate pools, with the first pool featuring the top four teams in the world according to HLTV's ranking. From there, the first pool teams were drawn against pool four teams, and pools two and three similarly paired.

Defending Season 3 champions FaZe have been drawn against TyLoo, Major champions Cloud9 will have a cs_summit 2 rematch with Heroic, Liquid will play the new-look Astralis, and Renegades will take on the Frenchmen of G2 and an ailing Richard "shox" Pappillon.
