paiN replaces vsm

Brazilian esports club paiN has officially announced a change to its Counter-Strike 2 roster: the organization has benched Vinicius "vsm" Moreira. Rickson "Rkzinho" Ribeiro Dias from the paiN Academy has filled the vacant position.

vsm has been with the squad since January of this year, having previously competed for Keyd Stars. The 27-year-old Brazilian esports athlete has an average rating of 1.00 over the past three months (based on 41 maps).

PaiN currently sits 39th in Valve's official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams. The roster finished last at BLAST Open Porto 2026. The team's debut with the updated lineup will take place on September 9th in the closed qualifier for PGL Masters Bucharest 2026.
