yxngstxr departs HEROIC

21-year-old Swedish esports athlete Simon "yxngstxr" Boije has parted ways with HEROIC. The Norwegian club officially announced the news via its X social media account.

Today we say goodbye and wish the best of luck to our favourite hobby AWPer yxngstxr as he sets off on a new journey

Thank you Simon for your contribution to the HEROIC family over the year & a half you have been with us, and we look forward to seeing you again on the server soon! 

yxngstxr competed for the team from January 2025 to July 2026, after which he was benched. Boije finished last season with an average rating of 1.00. There is no news on the player's future plans yet.
