BC Game suspends future CS2 tournaments

BC Game announced that the upcoming BC Game Masters Counter-Strike 2 tournaments, including BC Game Masters Female, will be put on hold.

According to the organizers' official statement, this decision was made "following discussions with our partner and is not related to the operation, finances, delivery, or competitive integrity of the events themselves".

Notably, BC Game recently held two CS2 LAN events: the first Masters Championship in Bucharest, Romania, in March of this year, and the second in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. The prize pool of each of these competitions amounted to $50,000. The organizers also clarified that all prize money from completed BC Game Masters tournaments will be paid in full.

The first season of the Female Masters, an online tournament for European women's teams, was scheduled to run from June 27 to July 26 with a prize pool of $25,000.
