Team Spirit and FUT qualify for Stage 3 of IEM Cologne Major 2026

Second day of IEM Cologne Major Stage 2 concluded in Cologne, with two teams securing spots in the next stage of the event.

In the third round of Stage 2, Team Spirit defeated 9z, while FUT prevailed over G2. Both winners finished Stage 2 undefeated and secured spots in Stage 3.

Furthermore, GamerLegion and FlyQuest ended their run at the competition after losses to B8 and paiN, respectively. Both teams finished Stage 2 with 0-3 match records.

Finally, four more squads improved their positions in the standings: Monte defeated Legacy, TYLOO bested Astralis, BIG beat MIBR, and BetBoom Team got the better of M80.

The fourth round of the second stage of IEM Cologne Major 2026 will take place on June 8. Participants will be divided into two pools based on their win-loss record (2-1 and 1-2); teams will face only opponents from their pool.
