Team Spirit, G2, and FUT win both matches on first day of Stage 2 at IEM Cologne Major 2026

Second round of matches has concluded at Stage 2 of IEM Cologne Major 2026, currently underway in Cologne.

In the second round of the Swiss stage, FUT defeated TYLOO, 9z bested Astralis, G2 prevailed over Monte, Team Spirit got the better of MIBR, BIG beat paiN, Legacy took down FlyQuest, BetBoom Team got the win over GamerLegion, while M80 defeated B8. All matches were best-of-one.

The third round of Stage 2 of IEM Cologne Major 2026 will take place on June 7. Participants will be divided into three pools based on their win-loss record (2-0, 1-1, 0-2); squads will face only opponents from their pool. Notably, the top eight rosters will advance to the next stage of the Major.
