THREAT has left his position as NIP General Manager

Swedish esports organization NIP announced the departure of Björn "THREAT" Pers, who served with the club in various positions for over a decade. THREAT commented on his departure from the organization as follows:

Earlier this year, I made the difficult decision to part ways with NIP. The main reason was that I didn't want to be in a role where performance-related work wasn't part of what I do. That's something that matters a lot to me. As for what's next, I'm still figuring that out, whether that's within esports or beyond it. But for now, I want to take a moment to thank everyone at NIP, especially Robin, Troels, and Erik. I'm grateful for the time we shared and everything we worked on together. Wishing the whole organization the very best.

Since September 2023, the 38-year-old Swede has been a General Manager, while prior to that, he served as a coach/assistant coach. He worked with all NIP CS rosters and also worked on the NIP Svea and Path of a Ninja initiatives.
