PGL Lodz 2027 announced

Tournament operator PGL has announced a new big Counter-Strike 2 tournament – it will take place from March 18-28, 2027, in Lodz, Poland. The event will be held at the Atlas Arena, which has a capacity of 15,000 spectators.

Sixteen teams will participate in the competition; 14 of them will be invited directly based on Valve's ranking; the remaining two squads will get the spot through European qualifiers scheduled for January 2027.

The total prize pool of PGL Lodz 2027 will be $1 million. The organizers will also award an additional $300,000 to the five rosters with the highest VRS rankings.

Note that PGL held its previous tournament in Poland almost ten years ago – PGL Major Krakow 2017.
