Falcons secures third place at IEM Rio 2026

Team of Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski has claimed third place at the IEM Rio 2026 Counter-Strike 2 event, which is currently taking place in Brazil. In the third-place decider, Falcons defeated FURIA with a scoreline of 2:0 (13:11 on Dust2, 13:11 on Mirage).

As a result, kyxsan and his teammates earned $30,000 in prize money, while FURIA received $20,000 for fourth place. In the semifinals of the tournament, FURIA lost to Vitality, while Falcons fell to Team Spirit.

Next on the schedule is the grand final between Vitality and Team Spirit for the IEM Rio 2026 title. The match will be played in a best-of-five format (BO5). The winner will take home $125,000.
