Team Spirit knock out MOUZ from IEM Rio 2026

Another team has finished its run at IEM Rio 2026, which is currently taking place in Brazil.

In the first round of the playoffs, MOUZ lost to Team Spirit with a scoreline of 0:2 (5:13 on Dust2, 8:13 on Mirage) and was eliminated from the competition.

Team Spirit has advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament, where it will face Falcons in a match for a spot in the IEM Rio 2026 final. MOUZ, in turn, placed 5th-6th at the event and earned $12,500 in prize money.

Another match is scheduled for today: Vitality will face NAVI in a match for a place in the top 4 of the event. Semi-final matchups will play out on April 18.
