Aurora eliminate The MongolZ from BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026

Another team finished their journey today at BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026, the finals of which are taking place in the Netherlands.

In the first round of the playoffs, The MongolZ lost with a scoreline of 0-2 (6:13 on Inferno, 9:13 on Mirage) to Aurora and left the competition.

Aurora advanced to the bracket semi-finals, where they will face Vitality in a battle for a spot in the BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 finals. The MongolZ, meanwhile, finished 5th-6th in the tournament and earned $20,000 in prize money.

The organizers of BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 have one more match scheduled for today: PARIVISION will fight Falcons in a match for a berth in the top four of the event. The matchup kicks off at 5:30 PM CET and will be best-of-three. The semi-finals will play out on March 28.
