Insider: FaZe to replace NEO

According to unofficial reports, 38-year-old Polish esports athlete Filip "NEO" Kubski will soon leave his position as coach of FaZe's Counter-Strike 2 team. Insider Gromov reported this via his Telegram channel. The organization itself has not yet made any official statements on the matter.

Kubski has been with FaZe since July 2023. His replacement on the roster is still unknown.

FaZe failed to qualify for the ESL Pro League Season 23 LAN finals, finishing 12th-14th at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026, 9th-12th at IEM Kraków 2026, and 17th-32nd at BLAST Bounty Winter 2026. The team is currently in the top 14 of Valve's global ranking.
