r3salt joins Nemesis

Former Sangal Counter-Strike 2 player Evgeny "r3salt" Frolov has joined Nemesis' Counter-Strike 2 roster. The official statement was made on the X social media platform.

The 21-year-old Russian esports athlete replaced Vladimir "yiksrezo" Mitrofanov, who has been with the team since September of last year. The organization has benched Mitrofanov. r3salt played for Sangal from August to December of last year on a loan deal from 9 Pandas.

Notably, in mid-January 2026, the Asian esports club Nemesis announced the signing of the former GUN5 Counter-Strike 2 roster. GUN5, in turn, suspended its operations.
