Four CS2 LAN tournaments featuring $96,000 announced in Czech Republic

PLAYzone has revealed its Counter-Strike 2 tournament schedule for 2026: the company has planned four events with a total prize pool of approximately $96,000.

The first of the planned LAN tournaments will be Tipsport Conquest of Prague, which PLAYzone previously hosted in 2025, when fnatic and ENCE reached the grand final. This year, the competition will kick off with four online qualifiers, followed by the LAN finals featuring 12 teams invited based on the VRS ranking. The event will take place at the Vodafone PLAYZone Arena in Prague, Czech Republic, from May 22-24 with a prize pool of approximately $35,000.

Then, two open cups (12 squads each, paid participation) will play out at the Vodafone PLAYZone Arena from August 5th to 9th and September 23rd to 27th. The prize pool for each event will amount to approximately $13,000. Eight rosters will begin in the group stage, and the top four teams based on the VRS ranking will advance directly to the playoffs.

Finally, Tipsport RUSH: Brno will be held at the BVV Brno Exhibition Centre as part of Czech Championship Gaming Festival from November 20th to 22nd. It will feature 12 teams invited based on the VRS ranking and the four winners of the online qualifiers. The prize pool for the event will also be approximately $35,000.
