abdi departs Metizport

34-year-old Swedish esports athlete Ahmed "abdi" Abdi has departed Metizport due to the expiration of his contract. The club officially announced the news via its X social media account.

Abdi was relieved of his duties as head coach last month, getting replaced by Vincent "vinS" Jozefiak. The Swede had been with the team since August 2023, while prior to that, he coached NIP's youth roster.

Metizport currently sits 77th in Valve's official ranking of the world's best Counter-Strike 2 teams.
