Counter-Strike 2ʼs average player count nearly reached 950,000 users in October

Counter-Strike 2's average monthly player count increased slightly over the past month. In October 2025, it grew by 2.41% (approximately 23,000 players) compared to the previous month.

Peak player count in October also increased compared to September, from 1.571 million to 1.588 million users. The statistics were provided by the analytics service Steam Charts.

Notably, several updates were released for Counter-Strike 2 in October. In one of them, the developers added retakes to the game and expanded the functionality of trade contracts.
