NRG replaces nosraC

American esports club NRG has officially announced a replacement in its Counter-Strike 2 roster. Carson "nosraC" O'Reilly, who joined the team just a month and a half ago, has departed it.

The vacant position in the squad was taken by Aran "Sonic" Groesbeek, who represented Wildcard since November 2023. The average rating of the South African esports athlete over the past three months is 1.01 (in 49 maps); for nosraC, this number is 0.97 (in 49 maps).

Currently, NRG ranks 36th in the official ranking of the world's strongest Counter-Strike 2 teams according to Valve. The squad recently placed last at BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2.
