3DMAX defeat TYLOO in grand final of Perfect World CS Challenge Series 1
3DMAX won a small Chinese Counter-Strike 2 LAN tournament Perfect World CS Challenge Series 1. In the grand final, the team bested TYLOO with a scoreline of 2:0 (13:11 on Nuke, 19:15 on Train).
En route to the final round of the event bracket, 3DMAX also defeated Lynn Vision and prevailed over TYLOO in the upper bracket final. The competition was held in a Double Elimination format without a preliminary group stage.
The total prize pool of Perfect World CS Challenge Series 1 was approximately $49,000. The tournament took place from August 29 to 31 in Shanghai with the participation of six squads.
