MistR returns to Sashi

Danish esports club Sashi has completed its Counter-Strike 2 roster for the new competitive season. The fifth member of the team is Mikkel "MistR" Thomsen. The official announcement was published on the X social media.

The 21-year-old Danish esports athlete competed for Sashi from April 2024 to January 2025, after which the organization moved him to the bench. In the same month, the player became a free agent.

Note that last month, the organization moved Oliver "IceBerg" Berg to the bench. Andreas "kiR" Kirstein took over as the new IGL of the squad, but in early July Sashi bid farewell to Kirstein – he decided to retire as a pro CS player.

Currently, Sashi occupies 48th place in Valve's world ranking. The in-game leader's duties in the updated roster will be taken on by Casper "Cabbi" Jensen.

 Sashi are now:

 Philip "Lucky" Ewald
 Casper "Cabbi" Jensen
 Rasmus "Zyphon" Nordfoss
 Lukas "Beccie" Bauder Balcells
Mikkel "MistR" Thomsen

 Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen (coach)
