TYLOO win FISSURE Playgrounds 1
Jingxiang "Mercury" Wang won the first Counter-Strike 2 LAN tournament in the new season – FISSURE Playgrounds 1. The competition was held from July 15 to 20 in Belgrade, Serbia.
In the final, TYLOO bested Astralis with a scoreline of 3:1 – 10:13 on Inferno, 13:4 on Nuke, 16:14 on Mirage, 13:10 on Ancient.
En route to the final, the squad also knocked SAW and 3DMAX out of the event. Astralis, in turn, prevailed over BetBoom Team and Lynn Vision.
For first place, TYLOO received $150,000. The runner-up earned $100,000. SAW and BetBoom Team secured $35,000 each, sharing 3rd and 4th place. The prize pool of the tournament was $450,000.
