Official: YEKINDAR to stay in FURIA

25-year-old Latvian esports athlete Mareks "YEKINDAR" Galinskis will continue to compete for FURIA's Counter-Strike 2 roster in the new competitive season. The Brazilian club announced this via its X social media account.

At the same time, the official statement does not specify whether YEKINDAR remains in the squad as a stand-in, or whether FURIA managed to agree with Liquid on a full transfer of the player.

Note that YEKINDAR joined FURIA as a stand-in in April of this year – with him, the roster placed fourth at PGL Astana 2025, 9th-12th at IEM Dallas 2025 and 5th-8th at BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. Before that, Mareks spent several months on Liquid's bench.

 FURIA are now:

 Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato
 Yuri "yuurih" Santos
 Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo
 Danil "molodoy" Golubenko
 Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis

 Sid "sidde" Macedo (coach)
