Valve update VRS rules regarding multi-regional teams

Valve has once again made adjustments to the official rules for holding Counter-Strike 2 tournaments. This time, the developers have added a clause according to which multi-regional teams will now only be displayed in one regional VRS rating.

Updating regional representation so teams only appear on a single VRS list. In the case of a tie, the team is assigned to the stronger of the two regions.

Previously, if a team did not have a majority of players from one region and there was an equal number of players from different regions, it could independently choose which region to represent.

For example, teams squads as Wildcard and Liquid, which have players from America and Europe, will now only be displayed in the European regional rating, since Europe is currently considered the strongest region (i.e. has the largest number of slots at the Major).
