Virtus.pro remove PASHANOJ as team coach

Esports organization Virtus.pro has relieved Pavel "PASHANOJ" Legostaev of his duties as the coach of the Counter-Strike 2 team. The announcement was published on the club's official website.

Virtus.pro CEO Nikolai Petrossian explained the decision as follows:

The past few weeks have shown that the team needs a new coaching perspective, especially with our goals for the upcoming season in mind. Pavel fulfilled his responsibilities and supported the team during a transitional phase, but further progress now requires a different approach. We thank Pasha for his time with our club and wish him the best in his future endeavors.

Legostaev has been coaching the squad since September of 2024, replacing Andrey "XomA" Mironenko in this position, while before that, he served as an analyst for the team for over a year. The organization promised to reveal the new Virtus.pro coach in the near future.

The roster lost two matches in a row (against Liquid and FlyQuest) in the group stage of IEM Melbourne 2025 and got relegated from the competition, taking the last place and receiving $4,000 in prizes as a reward. The squad currently occupies 11th place in Valve's world ranking.

 Petr "fame" Bolyshev
 Evgenii "FL1T" Lebedev
