MOUZ benches three academy players

German esports club MOUZ has announced big changes to its youth Counter-Strike 2 roster. Three players have been benched: Georgi "Jorko" Mitev, Niki "Cliqq" Kinnunen and Brimir "Blick" Birgisson. The organization revealed this via its X social media account.

The official statement explains the reasons for this decision as follows:

With the evolving competitive landscape and recent changes to the VRS system, MOUZ NXT is adjusting its approach to ensure the program's future success.

As part of this, three players will no longer be part of the active lineup and are looking for a new endeavor. We thank them for their dedication and contributions and wish them all the best moving forward.

All three aforementioned esports athletes joined MOUZ NXT in September of last year. It is not yet known which players will fill the vacant positions in the starting five.

MOUZ NXT currently has no VRS rating points and is not featured in HLTV.org ranking.

 MOUZ NXT are now:

 Adrian "xelex" Vincze
 Yeray "Joey" Serrano Perez

 Tobias "TOBIZ" Theo (coach)
