Team Spirit advances to Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 final

Leonid "chopper" Vishnyakov's team became the first finalist of the Shanghai Counter-Strike 2 Major. In the second round of the playoffs, Team Spirit bested MOUZ with a scoreline of 2:1 – 7:13 on Nuke, 13:4 on Ancient, 13:7 on Mirage.

Thus, the Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek-led roster finished the tournament in 3rd-4th place and earned $80,000 in prize money. Team Spirit, in turn, secured at least second place at the event.

The Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 organizers have scheduled another match for today: at 12:00 CET, G2 will face FaZe in a matchup for a spot in the final.
