FaZe through to Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 semi-finals

Finn "karrigan" Andersen's team has advanced to the top four of the Shanghai Counter-Strike 2 Major. In the match for a spot in the semi-finals of the tournament, FaZe bested Vitality with a scoreline of 2:1 – 6:13 on Nuke, 13:8 on Mirage, 13:7 on Anubis.

The Dan "apEX" Madesclaire-led roster shared 5th-8th place at the event with The MongolZ, Liquid and HEROIC – all four teams earned $45,000 in prize money. FaZe, in turn, advanced to the next round of the competition bracket, where they will face G2 for a berth in the final of the event.

Tomorrow, December 14, the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 organizers will hold two matches of the semi-final round: at 07:00 CET, MOUZ will fight Team Spirit, while at 10:00 CET, G2 will compete against Vitality.
