BLAST Premier World Final 2024 matches to not be held on current version of CS2

Upcoming tournament BLAST Premier World Final 2024, which kicks off tomorrow in Singapore, will not be held on the current version of Counter-Strike 2, but on the Beta Branch – that is, without the changes introduced to the game in today's update.

FaZe's David "frozen" Čerňanský confirmed this information to a data-miner with the nickname Thour. Note that in today's patch, the developers made a number of tweaks to CS2 concerning jump mechanics, and also adjusted the interaction of HE and smoke grenades. BLAST Premier World Final 2024 will be held from October 30 to November 3 in Singapore.
