mezii to miss BLAST Premier World Final 2024
Vitality will compete with a stand-in at the upcoming BLAST Premier World Final 2024 tournament, which kicks off at the end of this month. HLTV.org reported this, citing the team's representatives.
William "mezii" Merriman will miss the competition due to family circumstances – the British esports athlete will become a father on the dates of the competition. Instead, Frenchman Audric "JACKZ" Jug, who currently does not have a team, will go to Singapore.
According to Vitality's coach Rémi "XTQZZZ" Quoniam, this decision was made two months ago, and the temporary replacement will not affect the squad's preparation for the upcoming RMR.
BLAST World Final 2024 will be held from October 30 to November 3 in Singapore. Eight rosters will compete at the event, sharing one million dollars in prize money. The full team list for the event can be found in our article.
