NAVI academy coach: "B1ad3 is doing amazing things, even when he doesn’t have players like s1mple"

Newly appointed coach of NAVI's academy roster Michał "snatchie" Rudzki told what goal he sets for himself in the new project of the Ukrainian club. According to Rudzki, his task will be to search for talents and develop them. An interview with snatchie was published on the organization's YouTube channel.

I would say B1ad3, of course. I think he’s a good coach. Whenever I see him at tournaments, he’s like a serious guy. I think he’s doing amazing things, even when he doesn’t have players like s1mple, for example. He can still win tournaments. He’s really putting in effort.

The esports athlete also told which coach he will look up to in his work. Note that the 26-year-old Pole has no coaching experience.

For me, it would be amazing if we could find some talents. Maybe not of the same caliber as m0NESY and b1t, but who knows… I hope to see people who have good potential to be really good players in the future. My main goal is to develop them. I think there is a lot of talent in the scene. I hope it’s going to work.

Recently, NAVI announced an open tryouts for a new Counter-Strike 2 youth roster. Players from 14 to 17 years old with 2600+ ELO on FACEIT, who speak English at the B1+ level and are not bound by contracts with other clubs, can apply for participation in the project.
